Burn Care & Safety Materials

The South Carolina Burned Children’s Fund identifies pediatric burn trends in South Carolina and designs and publishes burn care and safety materials to support education in the state. The Fund can provide burn care and safety materials to fire departments and other fire and burn safety organizations in South Carolina to educate the public. 

The Fund provides burn education and treatment information to pediatric burn survivors and their families. Burn education and treatment information is distributed to burn centers where South Carolina pediatric patients are likely to be treated. Published education and treatment information is sourced from the American Burn Association, the Phoenix Society For Burn Survivors, and FEMA.
